Training in the fabrication and flying of First Person View (FPV) small, unmanned aircraft system (sUAS)

The United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) is seeking a contractor to provide training in the fabrication and flying of First Person View (FPV) small, unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS). The contractor will be responsible for providing a comprehensive training program that includes instruction on the fabrication and flying of FPV sUAS. The training program should include a detailed timeline and breakdown of the proposed course of instruction, as well as information on the type of sUAS to be used and the facilities available for the training. The contractor should also provide information on the qualifications and experience of the instructors, as well as any relevant past performance. • The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote for the training program. • The contractor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concern. • The contractor must provide a narrative response that clearly demonstrates their understanding of and approach to accomplishing the requirements set forth in the Performance Work Statement. • The contractor must provide a detailed timeline and breakdown of the proposed course of instruction. • The contractor must identify the specific sUAS to be used and describe their capabilities and relevance to the requirements.
