Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation is seeking qualified bidders to remove existing roofing down to sheathing and install 26-gauge metal siding over high heat underlayment. The project includes the replacement of damaged roof sheathing and the installation of new metal roofing, gutters, downspouts, fascia, soffit, and lighting. The contractor will be required to provide quality management oversight and ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The project is located at 19980 State Highway MM, Memphis, MO 63555. Some key requirements include:
* Pre-bid attendance is mandatory for bids to be accepted

* Written questions should be addressed to Logan Wilbers by August 7, 2026
* The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for parts and labor on all building materials and equipment
