Description
The State of Minnesota, Department of Natural Resources, is seeking to purchase gravel for delivery to Wolf Lake Ponds between Tower and Ely, Minnesota. The contractor must be able to provide gravel at a contracted rate to the location listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any contract that may result from this solicitation.
• The contract term is anticipated to be from January 2026 to June 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional 1 year.
• The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $10,000 to $30,000.
• Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
• The State desires open and fair competition, and any evidence of collusion among responders will be reported to the Minnesota Attorney General.
