Description
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is requesting bids for the replacement of the roof on BOQ #1962, including installation, removal, and disposal of existing roofing materials. The project requires the removal of existing roofing materials, assessment of structural elements for damage, replacement of deteriorated materials, installation of new composition shingles, underlayments, and drip edges, as well as the installation and sealing of roof vents, jacks, flashing, and rain diverters. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining a clean job site and disposing of debris daily. The TDCJ will provide coordination and oversight of the project.
