The 2024 Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund provides funding to alumni of U.S. Government-sponsored and facilitated exchange programs to design and implement innovative solutions to global challenges facing their community. This year, the fund will support projects that promote inclusive economic prosperity and growth, innovation, digital and media literacy, eco-tourism, climate action, advocacy, and awareness programs for underrepresented and grassroots communities in Jordan. The projects should preferably include the use of arts and culture as a medium to advance project goals and/or use innovative approaches to education and training.
Some key points to consider:
• The project should address a specific need or challenge in the community.
• The project should have a clear goal and objectives that are SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Time Bound).
• The project should have a detailed design and methods section that explains how the project is expected to work to solve the stated problem and achieve the established goals.
• The project should have a timeline and a budget that are realistic and feasible.
• The project should have a monitoring and evaluation plan that includes indicators to measure progress toward the desired outcomes.
