Notice of Intent to Sole Source Thrustmaster ICON Automation Control System

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) - Coastal Hydraulics Laboratory (CHL) intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Thrustmaster of Texas, Inc. for a Thrustmaster ICON Automation Control System. The system incorporates proprietary software, hardware interfaces, and control algorithms unique to Thrustmaster designs and is not available from any other manufacturer or third-party integrator. • The system is required to operate the vessel's propulsion units simultaneously. • The acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to Thrustmaster of Texas. • Interested sources may submit a capability statement demonstrating the ability to provide the requested supply. • The Government shall not reimburse interested sources for any information provided.
