Description
The Town of Sudbury is seeking bids for fire alarm, emergency lighting, and BDA improvements at Josiah Haynes & General John Nixon Elementary Schools. The project includes the installation of new fire alarm systems, emergency lighting, and BDA systems. A non-mandatory pre-bid walkthrough will be held on May 12, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The bid opening date is May 20, 2026, at 10:00 AM. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and eligible bidder.
• The project requires a performance bond and a labor and materials bond.
• The bidder must submit a Division of Capital Asset Management approved Certificate of Eligibility and Update Statement with their bid.
• The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any or all bids.
• The project is contingent upon authorization and appropriation of funds by Sudbury Town Meeting.
