Description
The Housing Authority of the Cherokee Nation is seeking bids from certified licensed roofers for the rehabilitation of one home located in Sequoyah County. The work includes repairs such as roofing and must be completed within 3 working days. To be considered a responsive and responsible bidder, the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up must be fully completed. The successful bidder will be obligated to comply with Tribal rules and regulations and TERO.
• The bidder must be a certified licensed roofer and submit their roofing license with their bid.
• The bidder must provide proof of TERO certification to receive preference.
• The bidder must complete the job within 3 working days once the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
• The bidder must comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20250079 and other applicable regulations.
• The bidder must provide insurance certificates and other required documentation within 3 days of notification of award.
