This solicitation seeks a vendor to furnish a broad range of storm‑water pipe products on an “open‑end” annual contract for Gwinnett County, Georgia. The County will issue orders as needed for concrete, HDPE, and corrugated metal pipe, with deliveries required within 14 calendar days of each order and a 4‑hour prior delivery notice. Vendors must provide unit‑price quotes per linear foot, meet GDOT and ASTM specifications, and comply with a suite of contractual, ethical, and E‑Verify requirements. The contract begins on 24 August 2026 (or upon Board approval) and may be extended up to four additional 12‑month periods.
