Two 8' Bench Hoods

The Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a firm fixed price proposal for the supply of two 8' bench hoods. The proposal should include a firm fixed price, a schedule with a delivery completion date of June 01, 2026, and required documents such as a completed and signed copy of the attached documents. The award will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. • The supplier should provide a single PDF proposal containing all the required information. • The supplier should comply with the terms and conditions listed in the solicitation, including the Commercial Item – BSD-CS-2146 (10/01/2025) and FAR 52.211-6: Brand Name of Equal requirements. • The supplier should provide any exceptions taken to the terms and conditions, along with explanations and alternate solutions.
