RFB-36-27 KYTC Clark Co EB Rest Area Remodel

The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking bids for the remodel of the Clark County East Bound Rest Area. The project includes a full renovation of the existing rest area and vending structures, as well as approximately 2 miles of off-site utilities. The primary architectural intervention is the addition of two new accessible restrooms and an entry vestibule. The project also includes new epoxy terrazzo flooring, replacement of single-glazed windows with insulated storefront units, and new roofing. Plumbing work includes demolition of existing sanitary piping and replacement with new PVC piping, as well as new domestic water piping and fixtures.
