Description
The USDA Agricultural Research Service seeks a qualified contractor to completely demolish Modular Building 8, a 3,840 SF structure composed of four single‑wide trailers, located at 4116 Reedy Creek Road, Raleigh, NC. The work includes interior demolition, removal of all MEP fixtures, foundations, footings, utility lines, and site restoration (grading, topsoil, seeding, mulching). The contractor must provide a technical and cost proposal, obtain all required permits, comply with federal, state, and local environmental and safety regulations (including handling of any hazardous materials), furnish required bonds and insurance, and submit demolition, waste‑management, and safety plans. The contract period is 30 calendar days, with Davis‑Bacon wage requirements and mandatory documentation for final payment.
