Mecklenburg County Park & Recreation is seeking qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) for providing comprehensive professional services—including planning, design, engineering, permitting, and construction administration—for a series of parks and greenway projects funded under the FY 27 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). The solicitation is a pre‑qualification process; firms that demonstrate the required expertise will be placed on a shortlist for future award(s) as individual project contracts are released.
