CivicPlus Portal Beta Agreement

The City of Lebanon has entered into a beta agreement with CivicPlus, LLC to test and provide feedback on the CivicPlus Portal, a portal for public users/citizens to log in and access their local government services. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the beta testing, including the confidentiality of the Services and the intellectual property rights of CivicPlus. The City of Lebanon will provide feedback and suggestions for enhancements, which will be assigned to CivicPlus. The agreement will continue until the Services are commercially marketed and sold. • The Services are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. • CivicPlus has all necessary rights and licenses needed to provide the Services. • The City of Lebanon will not disclose any Confidential Information to any third party except as approved in writing by CivicPlus. • The agreement can be terminated by either party with 30 days prior written notice.
