Paving and Striping Services

The City of Roseville is seeking proposals from qualified Paving and Striping providers to furnish services which includes: paving, seal coat, Type 1 slurry seal, striping, crack repair, waterproofing, demolition, proper disposal and clean up, finishes, site work, ADA compliance, applicable signage, subcontracting labor, equipment, goods, and supplies necessary to provide maintenance service for large Parking Lots. The contract is recommended to be awarded to Sierra National Asphalt and Sierra Striping Inc. • Paving and striping services for large parking lots • Includes services such as seal coat, Type 1 slurry seal, striping, crack repair, and more • Requires subcontracting labor, equipment, goods, and supplies • Must comply with ADA regulations and provide applicable signage • The contract is pending City Council approval
