Description
This solicitation seeks a single contractor to perform chip‑seal and crack‑seal work on approximately 26 miles of county roads within multiple Rural Special Improvement Districts (RSIDs) in Yellowstone County, Montana. The scope includes crack sealing, chip sealing with emulsified asphalt (type CRS‑2P), aggregate application, pothole patching, failed pavement replacement, two‑pass sweeping, traffic control, utility adjustments, and related surface‑preparation tasks. Bids are to be submitted on a lump‑sum basis per RSID, with an optional fog‑seal alternative for certain subdivisions.
