Description
The County of Riverside is soliciting proposals for web-based education services to enhance the employability of Welfare to Work program participants. The main objective of the program is to engage participants in activities that lead to gainful employment and self-sufficiency. The contract will provide web-based education services to approximately 10,000 participants per month. Key aspects of the contract include:
