Professional Services for Water & Wastewater Rate Study

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking professional services for a water and wastewater rate study. The study should provide the most cost-effective manner of collecting revenue, providing a sound rate structure, and giving financial direction for a ten-year period of operation. The contract was awarded to DOWL, LLC., who submitted the only proposal for the project.
