Description
The South Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice (SCDJJ) seeks qualified providers to design, staff, and operate Teen After‑School Centers (TASC) for at‑risk youth ages 12‑17. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year base period with up to four optional one‑year renewals, providing a maximum of $20,000 per site per year for up to 45 possible sites. Services must include academic enrichment, life‑skill training, recreation, nutrition (healthy snacks), summer enrichment, and mentorship, with all staff/volunteers screened and trained. Quarterly reporting on expenses and program outcomes is required, and all work is performed in South Carolina locations.
