Sidewalk Snow Removal - Public Properties / CM

This contract provides for the City of Worcester to procure sidewalk snow removal (plowing, shoveling, and optional treatment) on its public‑owned sidewalks for a two‑year period. The work covers roughly 18,400 linear feet of sidewalks across multiple city‑owned and Treasury properties, with strict response‑time requirements after each snowfall event. The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, and materials, invoice per linear foot, and meet insurance and bonding requirements. Up to two vendors may be selected, but the award was made to a single firm, Perrone Landscaping, Inc.
