WARRANTY RE-ROOFING

The Stanislaus County General Services Agency - GSA - FMD is seeking a contractor to provide warranty re-roofing services for various county buildings. The contractor will be responsible for re-roofing and maintaining the existing Western Colloid overlay on the roofs of several buildings, including the Public Safety Center, Patterson Library, Ceres Library, Health Service Agencies Campus, and Clerk and Recorder building. The contractor must be a Western Colloid approved vendor and must enter into a written contract with the county. The contract includes a ten-year warranty period, and the contractor must repair any deficiencies within the warranty period at no additional cost. • The contractor must provide written proof of being a Western Colloid approved vendor. • The contractor must enter into a written contract with the county. • The contract includes a ten-year warranty period. • The contractor must repair any deficiencies within the warranty period at no additional cost. • The contractor must accept any and all prior work installed on the roof. • The contractor must continue to honor the manufacturer's ten-year warranty.
