RFP 21-090 Infor/Lawon LS- ADFS Conversion

The City and Borough of Juneau is seeking a vendor to implement and manage the Infor/Lawson Lawson Security/Secure Token Service (LS/STS or LS) to Active Directory File System (ADFS) Conversion. The contract includes developing an understanding of the CBJ Infor/Lawson environment systems and processes, presenting a detailed plan for the conversion, collaborating with CBJ/MIS staff, converting the current Infor/Lawson related servers and software, and providing support for 30 days post-conversion. The contract period is estimated to be from the date of award through September 30, 2020. • The vendor will work remotely and provide video conferencing and desktop sharing. • The vendor will be required to develop a detailed plan for the conversion, including tasks and timelines. • The vendor will be required to collaborate with CBJ/MIS staff and provide support for 30 days post-conversion. • The contract includes a provision for termination if funds are not appropriated. • The contract includes a provision for extension beyond the completion date by mutual written agreement.
