On-Call Task Order General Construction Contractor Services-Fix the Bricks, Seismic Retrofit

This contract is for on-call task order general construction contractor services for building improvement projects related to the Fix the Bricks projects – seismic retrofit. The work will consist of providing construction services for projects with a construction cost of $60,172 or less. The contract is tentatively in effect from August 15, 2024, to August 15, 2026. The City reserves the right to reject any or all prequalification questionnaires or to waive any informality or technicality in any proposal if deemed to be in the best interest of the City. • The contract includes provisions for proof of insurance and corporate acknowledgement. • The contract is subject to the City's procurement rules and regulations. • The contract includes a notice of selection to prequalified pool, which supersedes any previous requests regarding this project. • The contract includes a list of contacts, including the City Engineer and Contract Administrator. • The contract includes a description of the scope of work and submittal requirements.
