Portable Radio Repair Parts

The contract is for the procurement of portable radio repair parts, including batteries and chargers, for Charlotte County Public Schools. The scope of work includes the supply of various ICOM and EF Johnson parts, with OEM products and equivalent radio pricing valid for a period of one year. Orders will be placed as needed at various intervals and in varying quantities throughout the year. • The contract includes the supply of ICOM Radio F4210D Batteries, ICOM F4210D Rapid Charger, and other related parts. • The vendors are required to provide firm fixed pricing, including shipping, for the various parts. • The contract also includes a certification and preference form that must be completed and returned with the quote. • The contract is subject to the terms and conditions of the solicitation and the District's Purchase Order Terms and Conditions.
