Ready-Mix Concrete Services

The City of Clermont, Florida, entered into an agreement with Cemex Construction Materials Florida, Inc. d/b/a Cemex, Inc. for the provision of ready-mix concrete services. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms. The contractor is responsible for furnishing ready-mix concrete services as described in the City's RFB 20-024 and the contractor's response thereto. The City shall pay the contractor for the faithful performance of the agreement, and the contractor shall maintain worker's compensation insurance and commercial general liability insurance.
