Blue Bag Program

The Blue Bag Program is an encampment trash cleanup program that aims to encourage those living in encampments to keep their areas clean and free of debris. The program includes weekly trash pickup, case management with an outreach worker, and help connecting those living in encampments with resources. The County of San Luis Obispo is seeking a community service provider to bring this program back for the 2025/2026 fiscal year.
