Fitness Equipment Preventive Maintenance, Service, and Repair

The contract is for fitness equipment preventive maintenance, service, and repair for various City-owned fitness equipment located at the Hurst Recreation Center and Hurst Senior Center. The awarded contractor, Fixed Fitness, will provide this service throughout the year. The contract includes a monthly preventive maintenance cost of $450.00 for the REC Center and $460 for the HSCA, as well as a charge per service call of $99.00. The contract also includes a labor cost per hour of $99.00 and a parts mark-up percentage of 25%. • The contract is for a single year, with the option for renewal. • The contract includes a bid tabulation statement, which lists all bids submitted for the project. • The City of Hurst will make a determination as to the responsiveness of bids submitted based on compliance with all applicable laws, City of Hurst guidelines, project documents, and contract documents.
