Brad Gates Room 641 Remodel - Design Development thru- Construction Admin

The County of Orange has awarded a contract to IMEG Consultants Corp. for the Brad Gates Room 641 Remodel project. The contract includes design development and construction administration services. The scope of work includes providing professional services to accomplish projects and/or services as described in Attachment A. The contract has a maximum aggregate allowable compensation of $51,777.00 and a term of two years. The vendor is required to carry all required insurance at their expense and to comply with all standards, laws, statutes, restrictions, ordinances, requirements, and regulations applicable to the services.
