Landscape Architecture/Site Planning ITQ

This contract is for landscape architecture and site planning services provided by Joy Kuebler Landscape Architect PC to the City of Pittsburgh. The services include project-specific professional service proposals, planning/programming studies, feasibility and use studies, and other tasks. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for up to two successive periods of one year each. The total compensation payable by the City to the consultant cannot exceed $500,000 annually. The contract includes provisions for indemnification, insurance, and termination.
