Description
The City of Punta Gorda is seeking a contractor to provide tree trimming and maintenance services. The contract was rejected and will be re-solicited. The services include tree trimming, mangrove trimming, and other related services. The contractor must have experience in performing the scope of work and meet all minimum qualification requirements. The pricing proposed shall include all labor, fuel, transportation, insurance, equipment, materials, and all other incidentals to complete the scope of service.
• The contract is for a lump sum price.
• The contractor must submit a submittal package prior to the established due date and time.
• The City will not accept nor consider alternates to the Solicitation Package.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, and responsible bidder.
• The City has a solicitation protest policy and procedure in place.
