Professional Nursing Services

This solicitation creates a statewide Pre‑Approved Vendor List (PVL) for professional nursing services (NP, RN, LPN, CNA, PCA) that Mississippi state agencies can use on an as‑needed basis without separate competitive procurements. Vendors submit hourly rate schedules for each service category and geographic region; the agency evaluates responsiveness, responsibility, and price compliance (average rates must be ≤ 125 % of the regional mean). The PVL is an indefinite‑quantity contract effective July 1 2023, with a three‑year base term and possible extensions up to two additional years. Rolling award updates are scheduled for 2024 and 2025, each adding new vendors to the list.
