Hospital Sitting Services

The Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) is seeking qualified applicants to provide Hospital Sitting Services. The selected applicant will be responsible for providing sitting services in hospitals to support the department's Child Protective Services (CPS) program. The applicant must have two years of full-time relevant service management experience and two years of relevant financial management experience. The applicant must also meet the insurance requirements outlined in the open enrollment document. • The applicant must submit a completed application and required forms, including insurance documentation and certifications. • The applicant must have a minimum of two years of full-time relevant service management experience. • The applicant must have a minimum of two years of relevant financial management experience. • The applicant must meet the insurance requirements outlined in the open enrollment document. • The applicant must provide documentation of organizational qualifications, including financial and service management qualifications. • The applicant must provide documentation of direct service staff qualifications for each person listed on Form PCS-102 who will provide the services identified in this open enrollment.
