Lighting Design ITQ

This contract is for professional services related to lighting design, including but not limited to interior lighting, A/V lighting, façade lighting, monument lighting, park lighting, pedestrian and site lighting, lighting control and system programming, LEED documentation, life-cycle cost analysis, lighting calculations and renderings, and other tasks. The contract has a term of two years, with the option to extend for up to two successive periods of one year each. The contractor is required to provide all work within the time limits specified in the agreement and to maintain adequate records and supporting documentation. The city reserves the right to audit and inspect the contractor's accounts and supporting documentation related to the agreement. The contract includes provisions for compensation, payment, and invoicing, as well as requirements for insurance, workers' compensation, and anti-discrimination. The contractor is also required to provide a report detailing the dollar amount of the contract paid to minority business enterprises, women's business enterprises, and veteran-owned businesses.
