OFFICE SUPPLIES AND PRINTER INK CARTRIDGES

The County of Riverside issued a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish a countywide annual award/contract agreement for general office supplies and printer ink cartridges. The contract was awarded to STAPLES Advantage, who was determined to be the lowest most responsive and responsible bidder. The contract is expected to be in place on or before August 31, 2014. The scope of work includes providing "Just-In-Time" office supplies and printer ink cartridges to the County of Riverside. • The contract has an estimated annual expenditure of $6,500,000. • The contract is for the provision of office supplies and printer ink cartridges to the County of Riverside. • The contract is expected to be in place for a period of one year, with the option for renewal. • The County of Riverside reserves the right to renew the contract for an additional term upon mutual written agreement.
