SE 38th St at Factoria Blvd SE Street Improvement

The City of Bellevue has awarded a contract for the SE 38th St at Factoria Blvd SE Street Improvement project. The project involves removing and replacing channelization, signal mast arms, and signal heads, as well as other miscellaneous work. The contract was awarded to Watson Paving Co., Inc and Westwater Construction Co.
