Steel Refuse Containers

The City of Olathe is seeking a vendor to provide steel refuse containers for the Solid Waste Division. The contract includes various types of roll-off containers with different capacities. The vendor will be required to provide the containers as needed and requested by the City. The contract documents, including instructions to bidders and addendums, are available for download from the website. • The contract includes 4 cubic yard roll-off containers, 6 cubic yard roll-off containers, 8 cubic yard roll-off containers, 20 cubic yard straight wall style roll-off containers, 30 cubic yard straight wall style roll-off containers, and 40 cubic yard tub style roll-off containers. • The contract requires the vendor to provide the containers in the quantities specified in the bid documents. • The City of Olathe reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
