Landscaping Supplies - Catalog - COOP

The contract is for the provision of landscaping supplies to the Bergen County Department of Parks. The contract was awarded to four vendors: Fisher & Son Co., Inc., Grass Roots Turf Products, Montague Tool Supply Co., and Plant Food Company. The contract period is from December 1, 2023 to November 30, 2025, with an initial 24-month period. The amount not to exceed is $1,800,000.00 for the County of Bergen using agencies, and open-ended for cooperative members. • The contract is a cooperative purchasing agreement, which allows registered members to take advantage of the pricing established. • The contract is open-ended, meaning that the County of Bergen is not obligated to order, accept, or pay for goods or services except when it orders them. • The contract is subject to compliance with the Affirmative Action Regulations of the State of New Jersey and requirements of Public Law 1975, Chapter 127, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
