BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM (BHS) OPERATION, MANAGEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES AT THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

The Lee County Port Authority is seeking a provider to furnish all labor, materials, and services necessary to perform comprehensive Baggage Handling System (BHS) Operation, Management, and Maintenance (O&M&M) Services at the Southwest Florida International Airport. The contract was awarded to Elite Line Services, Inc. DAIFUKU. The scope of work includes the operation, management, and maintenance of the outbound common-use automated in-line baggage handling system and the inbound flat-plate carousel bag claim devices. • The contract is for the provision of all necessary labor, materials, and services to perform BHS O&M&M services. • The provider will be responsible for the operation, management, and maintenance of the baggage handling system. • The contract was awarded through a competitive RFP process. • The Lee County Port Authority is responsible for the management and operation of the Southwest Florida International Airport.
