The Manager must provide day‑to‑day operations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, resident services, and full financial reporting while complying with HUD, LIHTC, Section 8, and local fair‑housing regulations. All work must be performed using HOC‑designated software (Yardi Voyager and AODocs), with extensive monthly reporting, annual budgeting, and a staffed on‑site management team.
