Howard Park Community Center Replacement

This contract awards Shiff Construction & Development, Inc. the responsibility to fully demolish existing structures, pavement, sidewalks, shuffleboard courts, and canopy at Howard Park, then design and construct a new community center facility. The scope includes site clearing, disposal of debris, and complete new building construction to replace the former center. • Demolition and removal of all existing hard‑scape and building elements on the Howard Park site. • Design‑build of a new community center, including foundations, structural work, utilities, and interior finishes. • Compliance with City of West Palm Beach specifications, permitting, and schedule requirements, with the bid deadline of 3 PM on April 9 2026.
