ACOUSTICAL CEILING TILE STOCK

This contract is for the furnishing and delivery of acoustical ceiling tile stock for the County of Ocean. The contract was awarded to Continental Hardware, Inc. and Taza Supplies DBA of Tiles in Style, LLC, with a total lump sum award of $11,700.00 and $17,363.00, respectively. The contract period is from February 7, 2024, to February 6, 2025, with the option to extend for an additional year by mutual agreement. The scope of work includes the delivery of various types of acoustical ceiling tiles, including Armstrong and U.S.G. products. • The contract includes a provision for payment upon approval of vouchers submitted by the successful bidders. • The contract also includes a provision for the extension of the contract term by mutual agreement between the County and the Contractor. • The contract includes a list of funding sources, including the Building and Grounds O.E. • The contract includes a provision for the submission of bid packages, including all required documents and forms. • The contract includes a provision for the rejection of bids that do not comply with the requirements of the solicitation.
