Description
This contract is for the wet demolition and site‑clearance of all structures located at 316 Calhoun Street, Mobile, AL 36603, including utility capping, erosion‑control BMPs, and hazardous‑material management. The contractor must remove footings, slabs, foundations, and debris, cap sanitary sewer, water, and gas lines, install and maintain temporary sediment‑control measures, comply with lead‑based paint and asbestos best‑practice guidelines, and provide post‑demolition seeding and landscaping. All work must be completed within 15 calendar days after receiving a Notice to Proceed, and the contractor must submit documentation (photos, waste‑shipment records, lien releases, and a newspaper notice of final completion). Liquidated damages of $250 per day apply for any work remaining after the 15‑day period.
