Uninterruptible Power Supply Maintenance and Support

This contract is for the maintenance and support of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems for Mohave County. The contract is for a term of one year, from March 1, 2025, to February 28, 2026, and can be renewed. The contract includes preventive maintenance inspections, emergency service, and parts replacement. The vendor, Titan Power Inc., will provide a superior level of service and reliability. The contract value is estimated to be $3,042.00. • The contract includes maintenance and support for Titan Power PMI Plus - Single Phase - Tier 1 & 2 • The contract includes 7x24 full service, with all parts, labor, and expenses for 7 day/24 hour emergency service • The contract includes preventive maintenance inspections during normal business hours • The contract includes emergency service with a response time of 4 hours or less
