DOE ISD Powerhouse Parking Lot Repair

The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is seeking professional design services for the replacement of the Powerhouse Parking Lot at the Iowa School for the Deaf in Council Bluffs, Iowa. The selected firm will provide design services, including attending a design kick-off meeting, reviewing existing parking lot pavement, and designing for demolition, new parking lot, and other related work. The firm will also provide cost estimating, status reporting, and cost reporting procedures. The project is expected to commence in April 2025 and be completed by July 2026.
