Economic Development Cooperation Agreement

The City of Edgewater has entered into a cooperative economic development agreement with Team Volusia Economic Development Corporation (TVEDC) to support economic development activities in Volusia County. The agreement provides for the City to pay TVEDC $25,000 to perform economic development activities, including recruiting new businesses, fostering expansion of existing businesses, and promoting the City's special districts and industrial/commercial sites. TVEDC will provide quarterly reports to the City and will work with the City to implement its economic development program.
