JOC for Zoo Specialty Construction

The City of Tucson has awarded a job order contract to A Thru Z Consulting & Distributing, Inc. for zoo specialty construction services. The contract has a term of one year with four one-year renewal options. The contractor will provide turn-key installations or modifications of zoo exhibits involving sculpted shotcrete, animal containment, life safety and support (LSS) and general plumbing systems. The contract includes a scope of work that may vary with each individual job order, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations. The contract also includes provisions for payment, bonding, and insurance.
