Stainless Steel and Copper Pipe and Tubing

The City of Tucson has awarded a contract to Winston Water Cooler for the supply of stainless steel and copper pipe and tubing. The contract is for a term of three years, with the option to renew. The city intends to award this contract to multiple vendors based on the totals of Group A and Group B of the Price Page of the IFB. The contract includes specifications for copper pipe/tubing, stainless steel pipe, and technical specifications. The vendor will provide the materials under the terms and conditions of the contract, and the city will request quotes from each of the awarded vendors for each need. The vendor with the lowest price, item availability, and/or best delivery time will be selected to provide the materials. • The contract includes a detailed price table for Group A - Copper Pipe/Tubing, Type K Soft. • The contract includes a detailed price table for Group B - Stainless Steel Pipe. • The vendor must provide complete manufacturers' descriptive literature regarding the product they propose to furnish. • The vendor must comply with the City of Tucson's business license requirements. • The vendor must comply with the City of Tucson's sales tax requirements. • The vendor must deliver the materials within 1-10 calendar days after receipt of an order.
