Description
The County of Hawaii issued a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of an Aisin Transmission Model30-43l4. The quotation was to be submitted by March 30, 2015. However, the RFQ was cancelled, and the repairs will be done by the Department's maintenance shop instead. The scope of work included the supply of the transmission, core charge, shipping, return shipping, and tax.
• The transmission was to be delivered to the Fire Maintenance Shop in Hilo, HI.
• The quotation was to include all applicable taxes, including Hawaii General Excise Tax and Use Taxes.
• The County of Hawaii is exempt from federal taxes.
• The award was to be made by individual line item.
