Description
The County of Riverside is seeking a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for Zone 10 and Zone 43, located in Temescal Valley/South Corona. The services include parkway landscape maintenance, turf landscape maintenance, multi-purpose trail maintenance, fence maintenance, and irrigation maintenance. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The contractor will be required to provide a monthly service charge, which includes water charges, and will be responsible for maintaining the landscaped areas in a thriving and excellent condition.
