Feasibility Study for Central Fire Station

The City of Allentown is soliciting proposals for a feasibility study to relocate the Fire Department and EMS from Central Fire Station to a centralized location. The study will determine the space and facility needs for the Fire Department, EMS, and possibly the Health Department. The contract was awarded to Alloy5 LLC. The scope of work includes preliminary design services to aid the city in deciding where to construct a new facility and what the scope of construction activities should be. • The city is looking for a qualified team to provide professional services for the feasibility study. • The study will aid the city in determining the space and facility needs for the Fire Department, EMS, and possibly the Health Department. • The contract includes preliminary design services to aid the city in deciding where to construct a new facility and what the scope of construction activities should be. • The city will not execute a contract with a vendor that has not obtained a valid business license or has failed to provide the required insurance.
